After the November 2007 Branch meeting, we went to the Laird and Dog Inn in Lasswade for a meal and were joined by Penny's husband Gus and Sandra's friend. It was an excellent meal and we were all able to relax and have a nice chat. Pete and Liz were unable to come to the meal as they had another commitment and we drank a toast to Derek who had a prior engagement at his Scouts' annual dinner that evening.
Those attending: Frances Wright, Richard and Anne-Marie Thomson, Jim Shepherd, Andy Hogg, John Reid, Maria, Penny and Gus Gardner and Sandra Rae and her friend. I took my photos without flash to capture the atmosphere of the restaurant.
